You will be guided to all the “Hot Spots” throughout the building and introduced to the known 15 spirits who still reside at the hotel. You will then be handed off to Billy & Mark, and we will give you step by step instructions on how a paranormal investigation is conducted. Everyone will have an opportunity to use our paranormal equipment  hands-on for this investigation. Billy & Mark will be available to answer any questions and we will explain our investigation techniques as the night unfolds. Attendees will be split into small groups and each will be given a chance to investigate the entire hotel and underground shelter throughout the night. We will also have a DVR Command Center outside for anyone that wants to monitor the cameras. Bringing and using your own paranormal gear is definitely allowed! We hope to see you there!! Happy New Years! (2018)

2017 has been a fun and interesting year for sure! A big thanks to the Haunted Magnolia Hotel Seguin, Texas where we continued our always exciting public investigations throughout the year. One instance there we captured video evidence that got picked up and played across several major news stations in the USA, the clip even got discussed by Coast to Coast AM and to name a few. We had a nice write-up about our upcoming Season 3 in the The Daily Texan , got interviewed by UpLateAustin , and was given the opportunity to host KLRU-TV, Austin PBS‘s night of spooky programming on Halloween night! This year Strange Town began a new live investigation streaming series – “Undead Live”, which has been tremendously fun to do, and we have been excited to hear the feedback from our viewers. The biggest thanks of course goes out to YOU, and all of our subscribers and followers. Your support means so much to us, and we really love bringing everyone new paranormal content to watch and be a part of! We are looking forward to the New Year, and we hope 2018 brings good fortune and happiness to all! Happy New Year, and Happy Haunting From Strange Town, Billy Driver & Mark Morrow

Unreleased Footage, and New Evidence – “THE CLEANSE”

In December 2013, we filmed an episode in Manor, TX which we entitled “Santa Claws”. This private residence had reported claims of a girl roaming the upstairs hallway, a woman’s unseen voice dictating in the kitchen and a piano that played itself along with other malicious claims. During our investigation, Mark had been physically attacked by something unknown to us. We knew at this point, the activity was in a different realm. One year later, the home became too much to handle. The family called us back after their son reported seeing a tall, black shadow figure with “glowing red eyes”. Seeking help, we invited local clairvoyant Ed Carter to revisit the property with us. He performed a cleansing to rid the home of the negative energy. Here is the unreleased footage of that cleansing, along with newly documented EVP’s that will send shivers down your spine. Happy Haunting.     The Original investigation from 2013 done at the home: Season 1 – “Santa Claws”
