Clay Pit – Season 2 Teaser

In 1854, 8 years after Austin officially became the capitol of Texas, pioneer and merchant Rudolph Bertram had a limestone building constructed in what is now part of Downtown Austin. The building was used to house his general merchandising store and to provide his family a living quarters upstairs. Much tragedy has occurred within the walls of this building, many of which can still be sensed. Today, its home to a popular contemporary Indian restaurant – The Clay Pit Season 2 begins in 4 DAYS ‪#‎StrangeTownCountDown‬

After keeping it a secret for so long, we are finally excited to announce that this Saturday night (March 7th) on the Travel Channel 9/8c – Billy Driver and Mark Morrow will be appearing on the season finale of Travel Channel’s number one rated show, “Ghost Adventures”. Come see what Billy and Mark have to say as they tell Zak Bagans first hand of their paranormal experience as seen on Strange Town’s episode –  “Emma’s Little Secret”. #texashorrorhotel #ghostadventures #themagnoliahotel   UPDATE: We received word from the producers of ‪#‎GhostAdventures‬ that they had to cut our interview due to time constraints with the Travel Channel. We will no longer be appearing on the broadcast version of ‪#‎texashorrorhotel‬. It was still a great privilege to be yet another part of The Magnolia Hotel story, and to be able to work with Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, Jay Wasley, and the rest of the Ghost Adventures production crew.

We visited the oldest neighborhood in Austin, Judges Hill, just blocks from the University of Texas. Where we were the first paranormal team granted access to investigate The Inn at Pearl Street, which was a once abandoned building now turned modern day bed and breakfast, and a home that used to belong to a well respected judge in the early 1900’s. Guests and staff have reported mysts, shadows, apparitions, and other unexplained poltergeist activity. Throughout the building, music and disembodied footsteps are also heard – when no ones around.
