The Tremont House is a Victorian-era style luxury hotel that occupies an entire block of the Strand District in Galveston, TX. In 1854, 8 years after Austin officially became the capitol of Texas, pioneer and merchant Rudolph Bertram had a limestone building constructed in what is now part of Downtown Austin. The building was used to house his general merchandising store and to provide his family a living quarters upstairs. Much tragedy has occurred within the walls of this building, many of which can still be sensed. Season 2 will kick-off in just over a week! Beginning September 11, episodes from the new season will start to be released online. A new episode will come out every two weeks leading up to Halloween. A HUGE thanks again to everyone that was able to attend the premiere of our Magnolia Hotel investigation at the Palace Theater in Seguin, TX. What a pleasure it was to reveal the episode to such a kind and thoughtful group of people. Selling out an entire theater is a night neither of us will forget anytime soon.
